Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains what personal information DigitNextLimited collects, how we use it and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what you choose to send us, we don’t use tracking or advertising cookies, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by TapForge LLC, a limited liability company doing business under the brand name DigitNextLimited (“DigitNextLimited”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, US.
For any privacy question or request, contact us using the details in section 12.
2. Information we collect
Information you send us
Our free visibility audit form asks for your name, work email, company name, website, approximate monthly traffic and daily users. The form does not transmit or store this information on our website: submitting it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and we receive the information only if you choose to send that email. We also receive whatever you include when you email or call us.
Client and billing information
If you subscribe to a plan, we keep your contact and billing details and records of the services we provide. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe — we never receive or store full card numbers. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Technical information
Our website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not run analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
3. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage; it stays on your device and is never sent to us. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from malicious traffic.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare the free audit you requested.
- To provide, manage and bill for the services you purchase.
- To send service-related messages, such as reports, invoices and important account notices.
- To keep our website and services secure and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate — Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and our email provider (to receive and answer messages) — and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
6. Data retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep account and billing records while you are a client and afterwards for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live — for example in California under the CCPA/CPRA, or in the EEA or UK under the GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can also opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption across the site — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
We are based in the United States. Information we receive is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
